This branch of knowledge teaches people how to manage the affairs of the field which they are either heading or working in. Out of all the famous Institutes of higher learning of the world, institutes of management like Harward, Princeton, Cambrige, Oxford and IIM’s of India are on the lips of everybody working towards enhancement of higher learning. Academic wizards of such institutes are generally associated in decision making about economic and financial matters all over the world. In India also, the present government has tried to associate such personalities in decision making bodies like NITI Ayog, various advisory and consultant committees and others which are concerned with the affairs of the economic, financial and planning bodies. Dr. Rishi Sharma is Associate Professor & Head-MBA, Sagar Institute of Research & Technology - Excellence, Bhopal. He has done PhD in Management in from Dr H S Gour University, Sagar (M.P.). His total 14+ experience. He has more than 12 publications in National/International Journal. He has presented more than 25 papers in National/International Conferences and seminars. He has also conducted various workshops on motivational topics like Goal Setting, Stress Management for students and teachers of sister institutes.
