Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) has been established in the year 2008 with an initial intake of 60 students. The Department has experienced significant growth over the last few years, and achieved excellence in knowledge sharing, academic collaborations, technology transfer and patents. “Electronics and Communication Engineering” is one of the fastest growing field of engineering courses. It involves the transmission of information across the channel. EC Engineering is a combination of classic Electronics Engineering and Communication Engineering. This course focuses on electronics equipment, circuits and networks and their use in transmission of information.

HOD ECE has completed BE & MTech in Electronics and Communication Engg. Current pursing her PhD in the area of Image Processing. She has more than 14 years of teaching experience in various technical Institutions. Area of interest includes Medical image processing . She has guided more than 25 undergraduate projects.
