With the help of these kinds of workshops they will get practical exposure and will also get updated with what is going around the world. These workshops help our students gain strong foothold in their respective discipline and help them stand out among the rest.

Industrial visits are the important part of our curriculum. It is a visit to the industry before completing studies in order to understand the reality and get prepared for it. The main aim of industrial visit is to provide an exposure to students about practical working environment. They also provide students a good opportunity to gain awareness about industrial practices.

Sagar Group of Institutions is very lucky to have academicians having rich experience in research and development area. Apart from teaching they spend their valuable time in developing various research projects to send for sanctioning of grants in various funding agencies. Some of the faculty members have been succeeded in getting the sanction of grant for their projects which has not only raised their knowledge but also the quality of Research & Development in SGI. It is also helpful in creating research orientation among our students. Some of our faculty members have prepared such a quality projects that many MTech and BTech projects at a small level have been derived from these.

In the current competitive scenario textbook knowledge is not enough for survival in the market. One should have updated knowledge on various sectors for both technical and management students. On this track, Sagar Group of Institutions conducts 2-4 value addition courses in each semester of every stream, in which our group tries to provide them expertise in the field which is in high demand in the market that surely adds value to their course.

Conducted a two-days induction program on 4th and 5th February 2025 for 6th semester students. Day 1 featured expert lectures by Dr. Mohit Gangwar and Dr. Uday Panwar covering topics like research paper writing, IPRs, and entrepreneurship. Day 2 included lectures by Dr. Smita Raj Jain and Rajeev Saxena, focusing on ideation, emerging technologies, and industry trends. The program provided valuable insights and inspiration for the students' academic and professional growth.

Organized a SAGE Talk on "SHL AMCAT – A Roadmap for Career Guidance" on 21st February 2025. The event was led by Mr. Jasmeet Singh Seth, Assistant Vice President at SHL, and coordinated by Prof. Pooja Tiwari.

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering organized a SAGE Talk "Study Abroad Ki Udaan" on 6th February 2025. Led by Ms. Abha Choudhary, Trainer at ED Link Abroad Services, the event was coordinated by Dr. Indu Shrivastava, with faculty coordinators Firdous Qureshi and Shweta Malviya. The talk offered valuable insights into studying abroad, guiding students in their future academic pursuits.

On 12th February 2025, 8th-semester students from the branch Computer Science & Engineering and AI/DS visited Career Craft Consultants premises. The visit coordinated by Meenakshi Solanki, provided valuable industry exposure, helping students bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications.
